Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Communications Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage and motivate our workforce. This is a key role in ensuring that our employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies that engage and motivate our workforce.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content that resonates with our employees and supports our organizational goals.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute internal communications campaigns that drive engagement and motivation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and maintain a communication plan that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and motivation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of internal communications strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to create high-quality content, and experience with campaign planning and stakeholder management.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for internal communications.
