We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Services Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our therapy services team, you will play a vital role in driving service improvement and ensuring effective governance of practice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapy services, with experience in leading and implementing service improvements. You will be responsible for working closely with our therapy staff to drive improvements in service delivery and staff engagement and wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management and leadership skills and work closely with a team of experienced clinical leads and the senior leadership team.
