Therapy Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Therapy Business Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering our hospital strategy, providing operational leadership to our team, and ensuring the highest quality of therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate therapy services to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
- Provide leadership, organization, and coordination to ensure effective clinical governance.
- Promote effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and coordinate therapy services operations through the effective management of a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible for the financial performance of the therapy team and proactively manage budgets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies for therapy services.
- Assess, plan, and review therapy plans for individual and group sessions.
- Ensure all therapy services meet the highest quality standards and are in line with the Priory clinical model.
- Identify and implement processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and professionalism of therapy services.
- Manage the development, implementation, and review of therapy services.
- Monitor and review the performance of therapy services against key performance indicators and quality assurance targets.
- Ensure the team works within professional codes of conduct and takes remedial action as necessary.
- Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
- Link with local universities and HEIs to build a pipeline of therapists.
- Ensure all employees have opportunities for career development and encourage CPD applications.
- Responsible for ensuring all colleagues receive clinical supervision and carries out management supervision as necessary.
- Participate in on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director.
- Contribute to the development of Priory policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Maintain own professional development and accreditation.
- Manage locums and form part of the Senior Management Team on-call rota.
