We are in search of a dynamic and driven individual to join our expanding Broker Sales team. This role offers the chance to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking organization, within a vibrant team atmosphere that promotes excellent career advancement opportunities.

As a Sales Executive for Broker Relations, you will report directly to the Broker Sales Team Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your own portfolio of accounts, focusing on expanding the current business relationships.

Additionally, you will engage in identifying and securing new partnerships through proactive outreach and targeted call campaigns.

This position also involves contributing to all aspects of Broker Service to ensure we maintain our commitment to Customer Centricity, encompassing the following duties:

  • Aim to meet and exceed company KPIs in Sales
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior leadership
  • Deliver exceptional support to brokers, striving for first-contact resolution
  • Adhere to all operational procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor response times to ensure timely resolution of inquiries
  • Foster relationships with internal teams to optimize resources for the benefit of brokers
  • Support team members and contribute to achieving operational objectives

Required Experience:

  • Preferred: 2 years of sales experience, though not mandatory – comprehensive sales training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Experience in a multilingual environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Outbound sales experience or familiarity with insurance products is preferred
  • A proven history of achieving sales success
