Job Title: Residential Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily care and support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and external agencies.
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development, including homework and life skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to study and gain the qualification.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, colleagues, and external agencies.
