We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
About the Role:- Provide daily care and support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and external agencies.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
- Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development, including homework and life skills.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies.
