Job Title: Residential Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily care and support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of activities, outings, and events that promote the well-being and development of young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the residential setting.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or a willingness to study and achieve this qualification.
