About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Process Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Nuclear and Power business, you will be responsible for overseeing process engineering projects, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and leading a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to nuclear and energy industries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve processes and deliver results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process engineering, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in the nuclear or energy industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
