Job Title: Principal Process Engineer PSC

Job Summary:

Wood PLC is seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Process Engineer, you will be responsible for providing process engineering expertise to support the development of process designs, technical scopes, and other related deliverables. You will work closely with the Lead Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and contract delivery team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide process engineering expertise to support the development of process designs, technical scopes, and other related deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Lead Process Engineer, Engineering Manager, and contract delivery team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain process designs, technical scopes, and other related deliverables.
  • Provide input to development process studies and define process requirements for technical scopes related to various platform modifications.
  • Originating, checking, and approval of process engineering design deliverables, including P&IDs, calculations, datasheets, and line lists.
  • Provide support to HAZOPs/HAZID's and other technical reviews as required.
  • Undertake checking and approval of process deliverables.
  • Provide technical expertise to the contract and resolve process-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
  • Adhere to procedures to assure technical integrity of process designs.
  • Provide support for interdiscipline considerations through attendance at required design reviews and undertaking interdiscipline checking.
  • Maintain own knowledge and understanding to meet competence requirements of Senior Process Engineer.
  • Provide feedback on lessons learnt to aid in continuous improvement.
