Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Wood PLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing process engineering expertise to support the development of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Engineering Expertise: Provide technical expertise to support the development of process designs, including the creation of process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and other technical deliverables.
  • Project Support: Provide support to project teams, including the development of process requirements, the review and approval of process deliverables, and the provision of technical expertise to resolve process-related engineering issues.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, including the development of process design standards and the provision of training and mentoring.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including operations, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure that process designs are aligned with business objectives and that technical solutions are implemented effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or petroleum engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in process design, development, and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in process design software, such as HYSYS or ASPEN Plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
