Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

An outstanding opportunity within the Manufacturing Engineering division for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer. Become a vital part of the team dedicated to enhancing, refining, and supporting manufacturing workflows and apparatus, facilitating top-tier production of advanced sensor technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize manufacturing workflows by analyzing product specifications, conducting research, and innovating manufacturing techniques and tools. Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, ensuring compliance through the Lifecycle Management framework. Deliver actionable insights for manufacturing decisions, propose resolutions, and evaluate production timelines and expenditures. Generate comprehensive reports on products and processes, address production challenges, and boost manufacturing productivity. Engage in failure analysis, guarantee product and process integrity, and pinpoint opportunities for continuous enhancement. Execute improvement initiatives, mentor and develop team members, and leverage domain expertise to support client interactions. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.

Qualifications:

At least an HND in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Profound knowledge of manufacturing techniques and methodologies. Proficient in team leadership, management, and performance optimization. Capable of influencing, negotiating, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and suppliers. Practical understanding of project management and the phases of the Product Life Cycle. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
