We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who aspire to enhance the lives of those we assist. Our Domiciliary Service is in need of Support Workers dedicated to making a significant impact within our Adult Disability Service.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to visit individuals in their homes, bringing positivity and joy to their daily routines. A background in Health and Social Care is not mandatory; what is essential is a genuine caring disposition and a desire to help others. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for your role, with opportunities for professional development available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support with personal care, household tasks, financial management, and medication.
- Encourage participation in community activities, fostering social engagement and well-being.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, ensuring a positive and uplifting experience for service users.
