About Exemplar Health Care

Exemplar Health Care is a premier provider of nursing care for adults with complex and high-acuity needs. We assist individuals on their rehabilitation journey from hospital stays or secure settings to community-based living, as well as offering long-term support for those with degenerative or life-limiting conditions.

Our facility features 20 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, across two units. This small-group living environment fosters a supportive and homely atmosphere that is responsive to individual needs.

Role Overview

As the Care Home Operations Manager, you will not only oversee the daily operations but also be the driving force behind the care and support provided. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Implementing quality initiatives and driving improvements
  • Leading and managing a dedicated team
  • Overseeing recruitment and staff development
  • Managing referrals and occupancy levels
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
  • Financial oversight and management
  • Building customer relationships and marketing strategies to ensure sustainability and success
Candidate Profile

A minimum of three years of management experience in a complex care environment is essential, along with a valid first-level nursing registration and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
