Key Responsibilities- Coach and support Registered Home Managers to enhance team performance and achieve exceptional care standards.
- Develop strategic plans to grow the business within your cluster, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality and manage performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regulations.
- Regularly visit homes to build relationships and understand each child's needs, ensuring a nurturing and welcoming environment.
- Maintain registration as the Responsible Individual for your cluster, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial controls and budgetary parameters, developing cost-effective solutions for business opportunities.
- Lead the mobilisation of new and acquired homes within your cluster, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Handle emergency on-call responsibilities as per a planned rota, providing 24/7 support.
- Full working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations/Quality Standards.
- Ability to meet requirements for registration as a Responsible Individual.
- Willingness to travel around the Midlands area.
- Experience leading a Residential Children's home to Ofsted 'Outstanding'.
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience as an Operations Manager (desirable).
- Annual salary of £60,969 - £72,055.
- Non-contractual bonus scheme up to £10,000 per year.

- Travel and subsistence expenses.

- ICT equipment including mobile phone.
- Ongoing continued professional training.
