Qualifications for the Support Worker (Residential Care) position:
  • Must possess flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
  • While NVQs and restraint training are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors is preferred.
About the Organization:

Our client specializes in providing tailored nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker (Residential Care):
  • Delivering emotional and mental health support to residents.
  • Ensuring residents' comfort while assisting with manual handling and daily activities.

  • Updating and maintaining care plans.
