Job Summary:

Stroud Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Urology Scrub Practitioner to join a state-of-the-art private hospital in Central London. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and support colleagues to plan, monitor and evaluate skilled and appropriate care for patients undergoing different forms of robotic and urology surgery.
  • Act as the go-to person for Urology surgery, supporting Consultants and the wider management team with the efficient running of the department, prioritizing patient safety and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Urology Scrub Practitioner.
  • Confident scrubbing on a variety of urology cases and supporting with the day-to-day management of theatre lists.
  • Experience working with Davinci Xi is desirable but full training can be provided.
