The London Clinic is a leading private hospital in the UK, providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. As a Surgical Scrub Practitioner, you will be part of our dedicated team in the Operating Theatres department.

Main Responsibilities

As a Surgical Scrub Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out scrub duties according to policies and procedures, contributing to quality improvement and promoting best evidence-based practice.
  • Undertaking all activities in a professional and proficient manner, including mandatory surgical checks prior to the start of the procedure, during and pre-wound closure.
  • Assembling, checking, preparing, and coordinating the use of surgical equipment, drugs, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
  • Acting in the circulating role and promoting a patient-focused approach to care in collaboration with all relevant healthcare professionals.
