Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration.
- Postgraduate experience in Theatres.
- 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience.
- Orthopaedics Experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
