Production Operative Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading chemical plant as a Production Operative. The role will be permanent after 6 months, and you will have the chance to work in a busy department with specialist machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on specialist machines, with full training provided.
  • Fault finding and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Operating fill and machines.
  • Undertaking all production tasks as required.
  • Ensuring all products are handled with care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production-style role.
  • Ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Proactive nature and good communication skills.
  • Flexibility in approach.
  • Own transport required due to company location.

This role requires working various shift patterns of 12-hour days and nights, 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am. In return, you will receive a pay rate of £17.69 per hour, with enhanced pension available once permanent.
