We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Angela Mortimer Plc - International Division. This is a maternity contract lasting up to 12 months, offering a competitive salary based on experience. The role is office-based and requires previous administrative experience in a corporate environment.

The Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  2. Handling external telephone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations for consultants, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Supporting the marketing team with mailers and social media initiatives, contributing to the company's online presence.
  5. Procuring office supplies and coordinating with external contractors to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
