- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends to develop strategies to aid successful growth of the company.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the UK/European pet sectors.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Happy to work a Hybrid model office/home based 3 days a week.
- Base salary up to £63k DOE.
- 15% bonus.
