We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our global sales team in Kettering, UK. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing membership, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve annual sales targets and drive business growth

About You

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of leading and inspiring sales teams. You will have a comprehensive understanding of different industries and supply chains, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will be confident in meeting face-to-face with all levels of management, entrepreneurial, and business savvy. You will also be comfortable with significant domestic and international travel, occasionally over weekends and for up to 20 weeks a year.
