JOB TITLE: Director of Client Services
WORKING HOURS: Full Time

Step into a crucial position as a Director within our esteemed Client Services team, where you will have the opportunity to enhance and elevate our standing in the industry. Our team serves high-profile and sophisticated clients across various sectors, including Accountancy, Consultancy, Legal, and Real Estate.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to assist the Head of Client Services in managing key client relationships while also contributing to the strategic vision of the sector to expand our market presence. You will have the chance to make a significant impact, fostering growth and innovation in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and nurture client relationships, introducing new strategic insights and cross-selling our comprehensive product offerings to help clients achieve their goals while meeting profitability standards. Cultivate extensive sector knowledge and a broad understanding of our products to provide clients with actionable insights and identify sustainable income growth opportunities. Mentor and develop junior team members through challenging objectives, constructive feedback, and coaching, while embodying and promoting our organizational values. Assess client proposals to ensure alignment with their needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional income, recommending and implementing suitable solutions in collaboration with product partners. Prepare and oversee business plans for the sector to meet client profitability targets and business objectives, with a focus on balancing income and risk. Help us become the 'Best Bank for Customers' by fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the relationship lifecycle.

What We Seek From You:

Experience working with Corporate or Commercial clients, or Professional Practices, with a solid understanding of their challenges and needs. A commercial mindset and credit analysis capabilities, with the ability to convert data and customer insights into meaningful, actionable solutions. Strong networking skills and the ability to represent the bank effectively in the external market. Exceptional relationship management abilities, with a talent for building positive relationships, influencing, and collaborating both internally and externally. Confidence in presenting propositions and ideas, influencing and leading negotiations with senior partners and executives in large organizations. A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize decisions related to customer propositions that yield positive outcomes and top-tier solutions.

This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed capable of providing 'significant harm' to customers. Successful candidates will undergo enhanced vetting and must complete a fitness and propriety attestation upon starting the role. Colleagues in this position will also need to complete an annual fitness and propriety attestation and will be subject to routine criminal and credit checks.
