We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ICT team and drive the development of our alternative education model.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic ICT plan to support the delivery of our hybrid curriculum.
  • Collaborate with our Headteachers to improve the quality of education across our schools.
  • Design and deliver innovative ICT solutions to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Lead the development of our ICT SEND curriculum and ensure its effective implementation across the group.
  • Act as a Lead Practitioner for the group, providing support and guidance to ICT Teachers across our schools.
  • Work with our specialist safeguarding advisors to ensure comprehensive safeguarding and personal development plans are in place.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in ICT curriculum development and implementation.
  • Extensive experience supporting students with SEND.
  • Qualifications in teaching or a related field (QTS or QTLS).
  • Experience in senior leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and local authority channels of support.
