What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and building a high-performing team. You'll have the ability to switch between doing, leading, and advising, and you'll be comfortable facing challenging situations head-on with optimism. You'll partner closely with our leadership and Founder, Gauthier, to build a founder-led culture that encompasses both our Founder's vision and best practices.

How We Work Together

We operate in a matrix structure, with cross-functional tribes working together on common goals. You'll lead the People Team as part of our enabler tribe and be an important member of our extended leadership team. You'll report to our COO with a dotted line to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Lead the People Team in delivering exceptional talent acquisition, development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with our leadership team to build a high-performing culture that drives business results.
  • Manage and coach a team of three in the People & Talent team.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to leaders across the business.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

Experience as a Head of People in a fast-paced organization with constant change.A strong track record of building high-performing teams and cultures.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Commercial acumen and the ability to link people to business outcomes.Comfort with financials and data, with a proven ability to analyze and inform decision-making.What Success Looks Like
