We are seeking a dedicated Reception and Administration Support Specialist to join our team at Adore Recruitment.
Our client is a well-established entity in the commercial hospitality sector, focusing on strategy, design, and execution since 2004.
If you possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a keen eye for detail, you may be the ideal candidate we are looking for.
Recent graduates with limited experience are encouraged to apply, as we value potential and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Updating human resources records
- Preparing necessary HR documentation
- Ensuring all staff are current with e-learning, first aid, and forklift training
- Overseeing the external cleaning service
- Coordinating maintenance and servicing of company vehicles
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with external health and safety consultants to ensure compliance
- Updating risk assessments and COSHH documentation, and distributing as needed
- Keeping health and safety records current
- Conducting office and factory inspections to ensure compliance
Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a busy office environment.
