Position Summary Bradcare is seeking a Care Services Coordinator to support our growing operations.
Role Summary: The Care Services Coordinator will oversee and assist with the scheduling of care personnel, manage administrative responsibilities to facilitate the smooth operation of the office at Bradcare, and deliver exceptional service to clients in the South Derbyshire region. The primary objective is to ensure that our clients receive the necessary support, enabling them to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit sufficient personnel to meet service demands
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the on-call support rotation
- Execute daily tasks to guarantee high-quality service for clients and staff
- Maintain and update internal software systems
- Conduct audits of internal processes to ensure data integrity
- Provide assistance to team members as required
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience with care plans
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication abilities
- Knowledge of home care and related services
- Background in recruitment or health and social care
- Pragmatic approach and a positive mindset
- Driving license is not essential
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in care provision (required)
- At least 1 year in an office environment
- 1 year of administrative experience
