We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Carers. As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
  • Good professional or personal references
