Key Responsibilities- Perform spot checks, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with care plans, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Provide on-the-spot support and guidance to care staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all care documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of clients' needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, acting as a point of contact for any queries or concerns.
- Facilitate staff training and development in the field, ensuring that care workers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Provide emergency care cover when required.
- Coordinate and schedule care staff assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and continuity of care.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for care workers.
- Compile reports on care quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction, presenting findings to senior management.
This role requires a degree of flexibility, including weekend working, on-call, and some morning and evening shifts. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the operations and care coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery.
