Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying prospecting and initiating meaningful connections with potential clients, engaging in persuasive communication to promote our products and services, and pipeline and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
- Upselling our product portfolio to maximize sales on new customers where applicable
- Managing acquired accounts for a 13-week cycle
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction
- Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store Ltd as a brand and understanding our offering
- Understanding client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
- Cultivating consultative long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
- Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role (telesales, door-to-door recruitment)
- Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
- The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Familiarity with the oil, gas, energy, or fuel industries
- Pension scheme: After 12 weeks of continuous employment, you will be automatically enrolled into our pension scheme
