Job Description

Job Title - ERP/D365 BC Sales Person

Salary - 50-60k + Commission + Benefits

Hybrid - 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and engagement strategies.

• Respond to incoming leads generated from marketing activities, existing customers, or organic awareness.

• Utilize our CRM to populate, segment, and manage the database to ensure effective prospecting throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Design and manage lead generation funnels aligned with business priorities, capacity, and demand, driving initial outreach and converting prospects into qualified leads via personalized, relevant, and value-added approaches.

• Educate prospects on the benefits of Microsoft ERP & CRM solutions.

• Gather business intelligence on each qualified lead, including budget, timelines, potential competitors, and business requirements.

• Provide responsive, helpful, and informative support to convert leads into prospects.

• Establish connections with prospects through calls or visits to identify sales opportunities.

• Develop detailed proposals and present them to prospects in person or through other means.

• Follow up on proposals and update the administration system with a history of contact.

• Negotiate proposals and pursue them to closure wherever possible.

• Collaborate with the Admin Team to obtain formal Sales Orders.

• Hand over successful sales to the Project Team.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehousing industries.

• General understanding of IT.

• At least 2 years of ERP sales experience.
