Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage regulatory risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with R&D, Development, and Formulations to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Represent Gowan's regulatory interests in key regions, including the US EPA, European Union, and Latin America
  • Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain databases to support and defend Gowan's portfolio and pipeline
  • Supervise Global Product Science Leads and Regulatory Managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in science or a related field; masters or doctorate preferred
  • Extensive experience (at least 15 years) in regulatory affairs with a strong focus on global strategy and multi-year planning in the pesticide industry
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and influence individuals and cross-functional teams
