Role: HR Administrator

Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing People team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider business by administering DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and vetting requirements to ensure compliance with IFG safeguarding policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and supporting with vetting requirements to ensure that new joiners comply with all IFG safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Preparing letters and contracts accurately in a timely manner and in accordance with required approval processes and RTW & HR Inbox.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with management of the absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous HR / Admin experience is essential.
  • Self-motivated with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
  • Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
  • Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable.
