Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, legal, and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve GMP, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP controls.
  • Manage audits, including BRC and customer audits.
  • Handle complaints, product conformance, and root cause analysis.
  • Coach and develop the QC and Hygiene teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a similar food manufacturing role.
  • Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP (essential).
  • Experience with BRCGS and customer standards.
  • People management experience.
