About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a leading retailer in the sleep industry, Dreams. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be a vital part of the store's success, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect product.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their sleep preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Use market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress for their needs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a high level of sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
