About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Radiotherapy Accessibility Co-ordinator. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care.

As a Radiotherapy Accessibility Co-ordinator, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify and address the social and support needs of our patients. You will be responsible for completing electronic holistic needs assessments, identifying concerns, and implementing care plans to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to collaborate with community and social services, as well as our existing accessibility coordinators, to ensure a seamless service across the cancer centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete electronic holistic needs assessments to identify patient needs and concerns
  • Implement care plans to address patient needs and concerns

  • Support vulnerable patients and those with complex support and care requirements
