About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Producer to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality, engaging content for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Work closely with our creative team to develop innovative concepts for branded content, ensuring they align with our brand values and audience expectations.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development process of videos and formats, incorporating strong social mechanics and audience engagement strategies.
  • Production Management: Collaborate with producers to execute production elements, including budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Editorial Direction: Provide editorial guidance and direction on shoots, ensuring a cohesive vision and brand consistency.
  • Idea Generation: Pitch and develop new ideas that align with our brand portfolio, incorporating brand-friendly attribution and cross-platform activation strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Work with our editor to craft final deliverables, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Video/Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content with a strong understanding of ASA guidelines.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Well-versed across social media platforms, with a particular interest in factual entertainment content and broad, popular content.
  • Production Skills: Understanding of production elements, including topline budgets and schedules.
  • Planning and Time Management: Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects at different stages.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK if required.
