About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that engages audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Produce video content for various areas of the company, including marketing, communications, development, and commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to create larger-scale projects.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimal channel performance.
  • Monitor video content performance and apply data insights to optimize strategy.
  • Support social media content planning with the Social Media Manager.
  • Perform sound recording and basic editing for video interviews and performance videos.
  • Contribute creative ideas and stay updated on industry trends to ensure brand consistency.
  • Organize and maintain the digital content archive and video equipment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
  • Solid understanding of digital content creation best practices for online platforms.
Desirable:
  • A degree in media production or a related field.
  • Experience in video/audio interviews and editing.
