Job Title: Advertising Producer

TM UK (Web) is seeking a highly skilled Advertising Producer to join our team. As a key member of our digital content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior producers and creative teams to develop and implement digital video strategies.
  2. Oversee the entire production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  3. Manage and coordinate with freelance and staff editors, junior producers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital video production and apply this knowledge to create engaging and contemporary content.
  5. Ensure all content meets the required technical, factual, and compliance standards.
  6. Occasionally travel to events and shoots to produce video content in the field.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or diploma in media studies or a related field, with a focus on video production.
  2. Experience in production management or producing, preferably for digital/social media platforms.
  3. Proven ability to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Broad knowledge of current production styles and techniques.
  5. Excellent understanding of Formula 1 motorsport.
  6. Highly motivated, organized, creative, and ambitious, with a keen eye for new challenges.
  7. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and challenges.
Desirable:
  1. UK driving license.
  2. Ability to travel.
  3. Production experience in roles such as scriptwriting, directing, camera, audio, editing, or motion graphics.
