About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at Asda Express. As a key member of our petrol forecourt team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the till and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks appealing and well-stocked.
Requirements
  • Able to work night shifts (22.00pm – 06.00am) and be flexible with working hours.
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift and move stock as required.
