Real Time Analyst Opportunity

CCP is excited to support an expanding organisation in their search for a skilled Real Time Analyst. This full-time role will play a crucial part in the Resourcing Planning team, ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained across the omni-channel contact centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Level Management: Monitor and analyse service levels on a daily, monthly, and real-time basis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise real-time data to track employee schedule adherence and off-phone duties, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Resource Planning Manager and other business areas to forecast events and promotions, ensuring seamless customer service and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify pain points and skill set shortages, influencing induction and training requirements to enhance employee performance.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships across the organisation, aligning with company values and goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in this field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and a keen analytical mind.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Initiative: Comfortable challenging upwards, to Team and Operational Leaders, to maximise capacity and reduce costs.
