We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our ERP system and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the setup requirements and controls within the ERP system on a day-to-day basis
- Reconcile customer demand with customer orders and control processes
- Reconcile customer transactions with external bank and credit card payments and associated control processes
- Control the sales ledger and investigate unusual customer balances
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage the company's cash flow
- Assist with the production of monthly accounts and forecasts
- Support the purchase ledger team when required
- Produce ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed by directors and senior management
