Prescot – Hybrid after probation (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Study Support
This is an exceptional part-qualified accountant position to join a growing e-commerce/retail business. The company, with a turnover of c.£40mil and year-on-year growth, is looking to add an Assistant Management Accountant to their small but growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the setup requirements and controls within the ERP system on a day-to-day basis
- Reconcile customer demand coming in with customer orders going out and the control processes in between
- Reconcile customer transactions to external bank and credit card payments and the associated control processes
- Control the sales ledger and investigate any unusual customer balances
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage the company's cash flow
- Assist with the production of the monthly accounts and forecasts
- Help prepare the annual accounts and full supporting schedules ready for the annual audit
- Support the purchase ledger team when required
- Production of ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required by the directors and senior management
To be considered, you will be actively studying towards your ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification.
