About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Youth Development Lead to join our team at The Prince's Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of our education programmes, ensuring that young people receive a high-quality experience and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Manage a team of delivery partners and volunteers, providing training, resources, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver our programmes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with our quality standards and policies, ensuring that our delivery partners and volunteers are up to date with all necessary procedures.
  • Record and maintain accurate data on young people, volunteers, and partners, ensuring that our systems are aligned with funding contracts and EDI goals.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing, networking sessions, and end-of-programme events, showcasing your creativity and enthusiasm.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform ordinary moments into unforgettable events.
  • Experience in education or a related field, with a background in programme delivery and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Flexibility to travel within your local area to support programme delivery and visits.
