Job Title: Night Export Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Export Clerk to join our team at The ICM Group. As a key member of our export operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export activities.

About the Role:

As a Night Export Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing export files and ensuring compliance with export documentation requirements
  • Coordinating with the warehouse, import, and commercial departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards in file completion and addressing any discrepancies
  • Supporting the Office Supervisor and Senior Export Clerk in their duties
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a freight forwarding environment, preferably with 2 years of experience in Air Exports
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel, and a basic understanding of Bond checks, NES, ASM GEMS, and CHIEF
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Aviation Security Certificate (training provided)
