About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with the option to work over 4 days per week. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary up to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized care planned interventions meeting the individualized needs of patients with neurodiversity needs
  • Responsible for assessment and caseload management of patients referred to the service
  • Work closely with Primary Care, Mental Health, SMS, and other healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with partners within the wider prison to ensure holistic care
  • Work under your own direction, contributing to the wider multidisciplinary teams
  • Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

  • RMN, RNLD, Social Worker (Mental Health), or Occupational Therapist (Mental Health)
  • Current professional qualification (NMC or HCPC equivalent)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment
