We are seeking a Customer Host to join our team at Great Western Railway. As a Customer Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, promoting and selling GWR products onboard trains, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to promote and sell GWR products onboard trains
  • Offer a complimentary trolley service for customers travelling in first class
  • Sell refreshments to customers travelling in standard class
  • Be an ambassador for GWR, following our vision and values to provide the best customer service
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and pleasant environment
Requirements
  • Customer service experience within a sales background
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Food handling and stock rotation experience desirable
