Job Title: Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our client's expanding Digital Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all training activities, including online learning, calendar management, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating weekly new joiner orientation events
  • Maintaining the team's digital calendar
  • Sending out training invitations to employees
  • Responsible for departments' training records, such as attendance, absence, and waiting lists
  • Attending team meetings via Teams and face-to-face
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrative, or similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working on a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective multitasking and time management
