Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Assist the Director and team members in various tasks, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Produce high-quality reports using Raisers Edge, a CRM database, and other tools.
  • Support events and conferences, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, utilizing strong attention to detail and typing skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in administration, preferably with a focus on CRM databases and event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with Raisers Edge or similar CRM systems.
