We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join DRH Support Services' team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address debt collection opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless debt collection processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements:
